Delete your FitBis account

Delete it in the app

Open FitBis, go to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”, then confirm.

The deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.

Delete it without the app

Email contact@fitbis.app from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, write from any address and include the relay address Apple created for FitBis.

We confirm the request by replying to you, and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile and plan: date of birth, sex, height, weight, goal, activity level, food preferences and calorie targets.

Your profile photo, saved restaurants, meal suggestions, chat conversations with the AI coach and any photos you attached to them.

Your sign-in accounts and sessions, notification tokens and the record of your subscription.

What is kept

Usage analytics are not removed automatically — mention them in the same email and we will delete them as well.

Apple and Google keep their own records of purchases made through their stores, under their own policies. We keep nothing else, unless the law requires us to.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. To stop billing, cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
